Pursuant to s.70.45, Wis. Stats. the Town of Richfield assessment roll

for the year 2023 assessment will be available for examination on

the Adams County website at:

or at Associated Appraisal’s website at: https://www.apraz.com/2023-assessment-roll/

The Town of Richfield Assessor will be available by phone on April 27, 2023

from 2:00 PM  to 4:00 PM at 920-749-1995

for any person wishing to discuss the assessment roll.

 

Instructional materials about the assessment, on how to file an objection, & board of review procedures under Wisconsin law will be made available by the Assessor as requested.
